  • A statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which you reside (or, if you live outside the U.S., any district where the website operator may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

DryRecipes.com may suspend or permanently terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion and when appropriate.
