Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside — these air fryer chicken and mozzarella wraps are a quick, satisfying meal or snack you can whip up in minutes.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil spray
Optional add-ins: spinach, tomato, avocado, pesto, seasoning
In a bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, and any desired add-ins.
Place filling in center of tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray wraps lightly with oil.
Place seam-side down in basket. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.
Customize with your favorite flavors. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes.
