Gooey, toasted s’mores dip made quickly in the air fryer with chocolate, marshmallows, and optional graham crackers.

Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)
Nonstick cooking spray or butter for greasing
Extra graham crackers, cookies, or fruit slices for dipping

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a small, oven-safe dish with nonstick spray or butter.

  • Add chocolate chips and heavy cream; stir to combine.

  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F for 3–4 minutes.

  • Stir in vanilla extract and sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top.

  • Optionally sprinkle crushed graham crackers over marshmallows.

  • Air fry 4–6 minutes until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is melted.

  • Remove carefully, let cool 1–2 minutes, and serve with dippers.

Notes

Use vegan or dairy-free alternatives as needed. Smaller ramekins ensure even cooking.
