Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a spicy, cheesy, and crispy flatbread topped with buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for game days or casual dinners.

1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 pre-made flatbread (1012 inches)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Optional: blue cheese crumbles, ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place flatbread on a baking sheet.

  • Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter.

  • Spread cheese evenly over flatbread.

  • Top with buffalo chicken mixture and sliced vegetables.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.

  • Optional: drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

  • Let cool 2–3 minutes before slicing.
