Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is a spicy, cheesy, and crispy flatbread topped with buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for game days or casual dinners.
1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 pre-made flatbread (10–12 inches)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Optional: blue cheese crumbles, ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place flatbread on a baking sheet.
Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter.
Spread cheese evenly over flatbread.
Top with buffalo chicken mixture and sliced vegetables.
Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
