Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wraps for Two are flavorful handheld wraps filled with tender buffalo chicken, crisp lettuce, creamy dressing, and tangy cheese.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons sliced red onion
2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4 to 6 minutes until fully cooked.

  • Remove from heat and toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

  • Warm tortillas briefly to soften.

  • Divide chicken between tortillas and top with lettuce, blue cheese, tomatoes, red onion, and dressing.

  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly.

  • Optional: Sear wraps in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side until lightly crisp.

  • Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter for a milder flavor. Add sliced celery for extra crunch. Use whole wheat tortillas for additional fiber.
