2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Optional: balsamic glaze, toasted pine nuts, microgreens

Instructions

  • Cut melon into bite-sized cubes or use a melon baller.

  • Tear mozzarella into small pieces or use mozzarella balls; distribute over melon.

  • Layer thin slices of prosciutto over melon and cheese.
