Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps combine seasoned garlic butter chicken and melted mozzarella in golden crisp tortillas for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt pepper paprika and dried herbs.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat and cook chicken 4 to 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Remove chicken and reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Return chicken to skillet and toss in garlic butter.

  • Place cheese and chicken in center of each tortilla. Fold and roll tightly.

  • Cook wraps seam side down in a lightly oiled skillet 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

  • Rest briefly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overfill tortillas. Cook over moderate heat to allow cheese to melt fully. Add vegetables or sauces as desired.
