Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps combine seasoned garlic butter chicken and melted mozzarella in golden crisp tortillas for a comforting and satisfying meal.
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Season chicken with salt pepper paprika and dried herbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat and cook chicken 4 to 6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove chicken and reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Return chicken to skillet and toss in garlic butter.
Place cheese and chicken in center of each tortilla. Fold and roll tightly.
Cook wraps seam side down in a lightly oiled skillet 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
