1 cup cooked chicken (sliced or shredded)
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 large flour tortilla
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: parsley, spinach, tomatoes
Heat butter in a skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant (30–60 seconds).
