3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and pepper.
Spread chicken mixture in the bottom of the dish.
In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with broth and melted butter. Let sit 2–3 minutes.
Spoon stuffing evenly over the chicken layer.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
