Instructions

3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Notes

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and pepper.

  • Spread chicken mixture in the bottom of the dish.

  • In another bowl, combine stuffing mix with broth and melted butter. Let sit 2–3 minutes.

  • Spoon stuffing evenly over the chicken layer.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
