2–3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, seasonings, and 1 cup cheese.
Stir in chicken and biscuit pieces until coated.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired.
Add cooked bacon or veggies for variation. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
