Quick and flavorful Chicken Caesar Flatbread with tender chicken, crisp romaine, creamy Caesar dressing, and melted cheese on toasted flatbread.

Ingredients

2 flatbreads
1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: croutons, cherry tomatoes, or red onion slices
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray for crisping flatbread

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly toast flatbreads with olive oil spray.

  • Slice or shred cooked chicken and chop romaine.

  • Spread Caesar dressing over flatbreads, leaving edges clear.

  • Layer chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional toppings.

  • Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread edges are crisp.

  • Top with fresh lettuce and croutons after baking.

  • Cut and serve immediately.
