2 flatbreads
1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: croutons, cherry tomatoes, or red onion slices
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray for crisping flatbread
Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly toast flatbreads with olive oil spray.
Slice or shred cooked chicken and chop romaine.
Spread Caesar dressing over flatbreads, leaving edges clear.
