1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garlic Sauce:
6 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup neutral oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 to 2 tablespoons cold water as needed
For Serving:
4 to 6 pita breads
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced cucumbers
Thinly sliced red onion
Chopped parsley
Whisk marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
