½ to 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (small curd)
Seasoning of choice (garlic powder, dill, paprika, etc.)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto tray. Flatten gently.
Sprinkle with seasoning.
Bake 25–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool completely before serving.
Use thicker cottage cheese for best results.
