  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (whipped or stirred)

  • 2 eggs (soft, jammy, or hard-boiled)

  • Sriracha, to taste

  • Optional: avocado, arugula, everything seasoning, herbs, black pepper

Instructions

  • Toast bread until golden and crisp.

  • Boil eggs to desired doneness (6–10 minutes). Peel and slice.

  • Spread cottage cheese over toast. Top with eggs.
