2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, cubed
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
¼ cup milk or chicken broth (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with ranch seasoning.
Add cubed cream cheese on top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Shred chicken in the pot using two forks.
Stir in cheddar cheese and let melt for 5–10 minutes.
Cook bacon separately, chop, and stir most into chicken mixture.
Add green onions and a splash of milk or broth if needed.
Garnish with reserved bacon and serve warm.
For a spicier version, add hot sauce or red pepper flakes. Use thighs for a richer result, or Greek yogurt to lighten it slightly.
