Crazy Good Casserole is a creamy, cheesy pasta bake with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a golden top — easy to make and impossible to resist.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

  • 8 oz pasta (elbow, penne, or rotini)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese.

  • Fold in cooked pasta and most of the bacon.

  • Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add veggies or spice for variation. Use turkey, gluten-free pasta, or dairy-free ingredients if needed. Freezes well before baking.
