Crazy Good Casserole is a creamy, cheesy pasta bake with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a golden top — easy to make and impossible to resist.
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
8 oz pasta (elbow, penne, or rotini)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese.
Fold in cooked pasta and most of the bacon.
Pour into baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
