2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup strawberries or mixed berries
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons granola or chopped fruit (optional)
Add Greek yogurt, fruit, honey, vanilla, and milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
Place popsicle molds on a tray.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the molds.
Sprinkle granola or chopped fruit into each mold if desired.
Insert popsicle sticks.
Transfer molds to the freezer.
Freeze for 4 to 5 hours until solid.
