1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Optional garnishes: extra dill, diced cucumber, radishes, or smoked paprika
Crackers, toasted bagel chips, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions
