This Steakhouse Potato Salad is creamy, tangy, and loaded with bacon, green onions, and a rich dressing that tastes like it came straight from your favorite steakhouse. The ultimate side dish for grilled meats and summer gatherings!

Ingredients

  • lbs potatoes, cubed

  • 68 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • ½ cup chopped green onions

  • ½ cup chopped celery (optional)

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, diced (optional)

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes until tender, 12–15 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.

  • Cook bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.

  • Whisk dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bacon, green onions, and celery.

  • Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.

  • Chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with bacon, paprika, and herbs before serving.
