Crunchy Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps are golden, crisp tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and melted mozzarella, cooked quickly in the air fryer.
2 large flour tortillas
1½ cups cooked chicken breast or thigh, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Optional: ¼ cup marinara sauce
Season and cook chicken if not already prepared, then slice thinly.
Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of sauce if using.
Add sliced chicken and sprinkle mozzarella evenly.
Fold sides inward and roll tightly into wraps.
Lightly brush outside with olive oil.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Place wraps seam-side down in basket.
Air fry 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Do not overfill wraps.
Cook in batches for even crisping.
Reheat in air fryer for best texture.
