Crispy, golden air fryer sliced potatoes seasoned with garlic and paprika — a quick and easy side dish or snack made with just a few ingredients.
2–3 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
1½ tsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Optional: fresh parsley, Parmesan, or dipping sauces
Wash and slice potatoes into ⅛-inch rounds. Soak in cold water 15–20 mins.
Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
Toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place slices in single layer.
Cook 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with garnishes or dips of choice.
Soaking is optional but helps with crispiness. Sweet potatoes can be used with shorter cook time.
