Crispy, golden air fryer sliced potatoes seasoned with garlic and paprika — a quick and easy side dish or snack made with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 23 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

  • 1½ tsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Optional: fresh parsley, Parmesan, or dipping sauces

Instructions

  • Wash and slice potatoes into ⅛-inch rounds. Soak in cold water 15–20 mins.

  • Drain and pat dry thoroughly.

  • Toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place slices in single layer.

  • Cook 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Serve hot with garnishes or dips of choice.

Notes

Soaking is optional but helps with crispiness. Sweet potatoes can be used with shorter cook time.
