⅓ cup buffalo hot sauce
2 tbsp melted butter (or vegan butter)
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice

Mix oil with spices; brush on both sides.
Air fry at 375°F for 12–15 min (or bake at 425°F for 25–30 min), flipping halfway.
Mix buffalo sauce with butter and vinegar.
Brush steaks with sauce and cook 2–5 more minutes.

For extra crispiness, dust steaks with cornstarch before cooking. Use vegan butter and check sauce ingredients for vegan or GF compliance.
