Crispy air-fried chicken and gooey mozzarella wrapped in a golden tortilla and toasted in the air fryer for a crunchy, cheesy, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Olive oil spray

  • Optional: marinara, baby spinach, pesto

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F.

  • Season chicken and dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.

  • Spray air fryer basket and cook chicken for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Lay tortillas flat. Add cheese, chicken, and optional fillings. Roll tightly.

  • Lightly spray outside of wraps and place seam-side down in air fryer.

  • Air fry at 375°F for 5–7 minutes, flipping once.

  • Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken to save time. Add spicy mayo or roasted veggies inside for extra flavor.
