Crispy air-fried chicken and gooey mozzarella wrapped in a golden tortilla and toasted in the air fryer for a crunchy, cheesy, satisfying meal.
2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Olive oil spray
Optional: marinara, baby spinach, pesto
Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
Season chicken and dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
Spray air fryer basket and cook chicken for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Lay tortillas flat. Add cheese, chicken, and optional fillings. Roll tightly.
Lightly spray outside of wraps and place seam-side down in air fryer.
Air fry at 375°F for 5–7 minutes, flipping once.
Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Use pre-cooked chicken to save time. Add spicy mayo or roasted veggies inside for extra flavor.
