Crispy, cheesy chicken and mozzarella wraps air fried to golden perfection — a fast, easy meal or snack with bold flavor and satisfying crunch.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 medium flour tortillas
1–2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
Optional: marinara or pesto, spinach, tomatoes
Season chicken and cook in skillet or air fryer until golden and cooked through.
Lay tortillas flat and fill with chicken, mozzarella, and optional extras.
Roll wraps tightly and secure if needed.
Dip each wrap in beaten egg, then coat with panko.
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Spray basket and wraps lightly.
Air fry wraps seam-side down for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.
