Crispy, cheesy chicken and mozzarella wraps air fried to golden perfection — a fast, easy meal or snack with bold flavor and satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 4 medium flour tortillas

  • 12 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Cooking spray

  • Optional: marinara or pesto, spinach, tomatoes

Instructions

  • Season chicken and cook in skillet or air fryer until golden and cooked through.

  • Lay tortillas flat and fill with chicken, mozzarella, and optional extras.

  • Roll wraps tightly and secure if needed.

  • Dip each wrap in beaten egg, then coat with panko.

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Spray basket and wraps lightly.

  • Air fry wraps seam-side down for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Let cool slightly, slice, and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Add buffalo sauce, BBQ, or pesto for flavor variations.

  • Store leftovers in fridge and reheat in air fryer.
