2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cut chicken into uniform cubes and pat dry.
Mix olive oil garlic lemon juice paprika oregano salt and pepper in a bowl.
Toss chicken in marinade and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Thread chicken onto skewers leaving small spaces between pieces.
Place skewers in basket and air fry 10 to 14 minutes turning halfway until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rest 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
