Crispy Pizza Chips are bite-sized, golden, crunchy snacks topped with melty cheese, zesty tomato sauce, and aromatic herbs for a pizza-inspired treat.

Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 sheet store-bought pizza dough or puff pastry
1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings of choice: pepperoni slices, bell pepper strips, olives, or mushrooms
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet. Cut dough into bite-sized squares.
  • Brush dough with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, herbs, and salt.
  • Spread sauce on each square, top with cheese and optional toppings.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Cool slightly, garnish with parsley or basil, and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overloading sauce or cheese to keep chips crispy; use uniform cuts for even baking.
