Crispy, golden roasted potatoes coated in savory Lipton onion soup mix. A quick, crowd-pleasing side dish perfect for any meal.

  • 3 lbs Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed

  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  • ⅓ cup olive oil

  • (Optional) Fresh parsley or Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.

  • Toss cubed potatoes in a bowl with soup mix and olive oil until well coated.

  • Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Roast for 25 minutes. Flip, then roast another 15–20 minutes until crispy and golden.

  • Garnish if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Use sweet potatoes or other root veggies for variety. Add herbs or cheese for extra flavor. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
