Instructions

. Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in crockpot. 2. Add pineapple, garlic, and ginger. 3. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and pineapple juice, pour over chicken. 4. Cook on low 4–6 hours or high 2–3 hours. 5. Mix cornstarch and water, stir in, cook 15–20 minutes to thicken. 6. Garnish and serve over rice or vegetables.

Notes
