Crispy air fryer wraps stuffed with crunchy chicken, melted mozzarella, and fresh fillings – a quick, satisfying meal with zero deep frying required.
2 cups cooked breaded chicken (homemade or frozen)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine or spinach
½ cup sliced tomatoes or roasted red peppers
¼ cup sliced red onion or pickles
4 tbsp garlic aioli or preferred sauce
Olive oil spray
Cook chicken in air fryer at 375°F until crispy and heated through.
Lay out tortillas. Spread sauce, add greens, chicken, cheese, and toppings.
Roll tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides.
Spray or brush with oil. Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 mins, flipping halfway.
Let cool slightly. Slice and serve.
For grilled version, skip breading and use seasoned chicken breast.
