Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (reserve seasoning packet)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

  • Layer the chicken evenly on the bottom.

  • Scatter frozen vegetables over the chicken.

  • In a bowl, whisk soup and broth. Pour gently over vegetables.

  • In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix (not seasoning packet), milk, and garlic powder. Pour over the soup layer without stirring.

  • Stir seasoning packet into melted butter. Drizzle over the top.

  • Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add cheddar to the biscuit batter for extra flavor. Use low-sodium broth for a lighter version. Great as leftovers or freezer-friendly.
