Brownie Cookies are chewy, fudgy, and chocolatey treats combining the best of brownies and cookies in one bite.

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

  • Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until combined.

  • Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; fold into wet mixture.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Scoop dough onto prepared sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.

  • Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
