Dolly Parton’s 5-Ingredient Casserole is a creamy, cheesy Southern classic made with simple pantry staples and big comfort food flavor.
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, and sour cream until combined.
Stir in ¾ cup of shredded cheddar.
Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter if desired.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
