4 cups fresh broccoli florets chopped small
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup toasted sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Wash and dry broccoli thoroughly.
Combine broccoli, onion, carrots, cranberries, and seeds in a bowl.
Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture.
Fold gently until evenly coated.
