1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee powder (optional)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare 16-ounce mason jars, clean and dry.

  • Layer the dry ingredients in jars: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, salt, baking powder, coffee powder, chocolate chips.

  • Seal jars tightly.

  • To bake, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch pan.

  • Empty jar contents into a mixing bowl, add eggs, oil, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
