1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped celery (optional)
¼ tsp black pepper (optional)
⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 large flour tortilla
1 tsp butter or oil (for toasting)
In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, celery, and black pepper until creamy.
Lay tortilla flat, spoon tuna mix into the center, and top with cheese.
Roll tightly burrito-style.
Heat a skillet over medium, grease lightly, and toast wrap seam-side down.
Flip and cook until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
