This creamy Millionaire Peach Salad is a chilled fruit dish made with peaches, pineapple, whipped topping, and marshmallows — perfect for warm-weather gatherings and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped canned peaches (drained)

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)

  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

  • 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding mix (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and condensed milk until smooth.

  • Stir in the dry pudding mix, if using.

  • Fold in peaches, pineapple, and mini marshmallows.

  • Add pecans and coconut, if desired.

  • Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or overnight.

  • Serve cold, garnished with extra fruit or nuts.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches for a natural flavor.

  • Can be made a day ahead.
