1 medium seedless watermelon
Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Optional: Dash of salt or honey
Wash the watermelon thoroughly.
Cut off both ends to create flat surfaces.
Slice the watermelon in half lengthwise.
Cut each half into quarters.
Slice each quarter into 1–2 inch thick wedges.
Optional: drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with salt, or garnish with mint.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled.
