1 box brownie mix (approximately 18.3 ounces)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Scoop dough into 1.5–2 inch balls on baking sheet.
Chill dough 15–20 minutes for thicker cookies if desired.
Bake 9–12 minutes until edges set and centers soft.
Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
