2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp sour cream or mayo
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese, spinach, or roasted peppers
Butter or oil, for toasting
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Season and warm cooked chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a saucepan, sauté garlic in butter. Stir in sour cream, parmesan, and optional cream cheese.
Spread garlic sauce onto tortillas. Add chicken and shredded cheese.
Add any optional extras like spinach or peppers.
Roll tightly and toast in a skillet with butter until golden and crispy, 2–3 mins per side.
