Crispy, bite-sized pizza-inspired chips with melted cheese, pizza sauce, and optional toppings, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

4 flour tortillas or pita bread rounds
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, diced bell peppers, sliced olives, or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cut tortillas or pita into 8 triangular chips each.

  • Brush both sides lightly with olive oil or melted butter.

  • Arrange on baking sheet and spread pizza sauce thinly over each chip.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and optional toppings.

  • Bake 8–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.

  • Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid overloading with toppings to maintain crispness. Cut chips uniformly for even baking.
