Crispy, bite-sized pizza-inspired chips with melted cheese, pizza sauce, and optional toppings, perfect for snacks or parties.
4 flour tortillas or pita bread rounds
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, diced bell peppers, sliced olives, or red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut tortillas or pita into 8 triangular chips each.
Brush both sides lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
Arrange on baking sheet and spread pizza sauce thinly over each chip.
Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and optional toppings.
Bake 8–12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
