¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp nut butter (peanut or almond)
1½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup almond flour
Pinch of salt
2–3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Mix yogurt, nut butter, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in almond flour and salt until dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill for 30 mins or serve immediately.
