Crispy air fryer wraps filled with seasoned chicken, gooey mozzarella, and garlic spice. Fast, crunchy, and packed with flavor—perfect for dinner or lunch.
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp butter (for warming chicken)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp melted butter or cooking spray
1/2 cup seasoned panko (optional)
Optional: spinach, roasted red peppers, pesto
Season and warm chicken with butter, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Lay out tortillas. Add chicken and cheese in the center.
Add optional fillings like spinach or roasted peppers.
Roll wraps tightly, folding sides in.
Brush with melted butter or spray with oil.
(Optional) Roll wraps in panko for extra crunch.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place wraps seam-side down in basket.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool slightly. Slice and serve with dipping sauce.
Don’t overfill wraps. Use fresh tortillas to prevent tearing. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
