Crispy air fryer wraps filled with seasoned chicken, gooey mozzarella, and garlic spice. Fast, crunchy, and packed with flavor—perfect for dinner or lunch.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp butter (for warming chicken)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp melted butter or cooking spray
1/2 cup seasoned panko (optional)
Optional: spinach, roasted red peppers, pesto

Instructions

  • Season and warm chicken with butter, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  • Lay out tortillas. Add chicken and cheese in the center.

  • Add optional fillings like spinach or roasted peppers.

  • Roll wraps tightly, folding sides in.

  • Brush with melted butter or spray with oil.

  • (Optional) Roll wraps in panko for extra crunch.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place wraps seam-side down in basket.

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Let cool slightly. Slice and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Don’t overfill wraps. Use fresh tortillas to prevent tearing. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
