1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
4 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup dill pickles, sliced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Burger Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp pickle juice or relish
Brown ground beef in skillet with seasonings. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.
In small bowl, whisk together burger sauce ingredients.
In each serving bowl, layer lettuce, beef, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
