Frozen yogurt cups made with a crunchy granola crust, creamy yogurt filling, and topped with fresh berries.

Ingredients

2 cups granola
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix granola with honey or maple syrup.

  • Line a muffin tray with paper liners.

  • Press the granola mixture into each cup forming a crust.

  • Freeze the tray for 20–30 minutes to firm the crust.

  • In another bowl mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.

  • Spoon yogurt mixture into each granola cup.

  • Top with fresh berries.

  • Place the tray back into the freezer.

  • Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.

  • Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for the best texture.
Press the granola firmly to help the crust hold its shape.
Allow cups to soften slightly before eating.
