4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1/4 cup sugar or honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Blend watermelon cubes until smooth; strain if desired.
Add sugar/honey, lime, and optional lemon juice; blend again.
Pour into a shallow freezer-safe dish.
Freeze 1–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break ice crystals.
Freeze 3–4 hours for firmer texture, stirring occasionally.
Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint, and serve.
