Refreshing, easy-to-make watermelon sorbet with lime and optional mint, perfect for summer dessert or healthy treat.

Ingredients

4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1/4 cup sugar or honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Blend watermelon cubes until smooth; strain if desired.

  • Add sugar/honey, lime, and optional lemon juice; blend again.

  • Pour into a shallow freezer-safe dish.

  • Freeze 1–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break ice crystals.

  • Freeze 3–4 hours for firmer texture, stirring occasionally.

  • Scoop into bowls, garnish with mint, and serve.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste; can add berries or coconut water for variety. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
