Juicy, spice-marinated chicken thighs grilled or roasted to perfection, served with a creamy garlic sauce in wraps or bowls for a bold, satisfying meal.

For the Chicken Marinade

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1½ tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp cayenne (optional)

  • 1½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

For the Garlic Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo

  • 23 garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix marinade ingredients. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  • Blend garlic sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill until serving.

  • Cook chicken in oven at 425°F for 25–30 min, grill, or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.

  • Slice and serve in pita wraps or bowls with toppings and sauce.

Notes

Great for meal prep. Chicken can be grilled, roasted, or cooked in an air fryer. Sauce keeps 5 days in fridge.
