Juicy, spice-marinated chicken thighs grilled or roasted to perfection, served with a creamy garlic sauce in wraps or bowls for a bold, satisfying meal.
For the Chicken Marinade
2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
4 garlic cloves, minced
1½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cayenne (optional)
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
For the Garlic Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
2–3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix marinade ingredients. Coat chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Blend garlic sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill until serving.
Cook chicken in oven at 425°F for 25–30 min, grill, or pan-sear until golden and cooked through.
Slice and serve in pita wraps or bowls with toppings and sauce.
Great for meal prep. Chicken can be grilled, roasted, or cooked in an air fryer. Sauce keeps 5 days in fridge.
