1½ pounds flank or sirloin steak

5 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
½ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar for dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil for dressing
Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
