4 ripe but firm pears (Bosc, Bartlett, or Anjou)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice pears in half lengthwise and scoop out cores.
Place pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
Fill each hollow with feta and sprinkle cranberries on top.
Drizzle with honey and add spices if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until pears are tender and cheese is warmed.
Top with nuts if desired and serve warm.
