Peach Burrata Salad with Balsamic Drizzle combines ripe peaches, creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a glossy balsamic reduction for a refined summer dish.

Ingredients

Scale

3 to 4 ripe peaches, sliced
2 balls burrata cheese
1 cup balsamic vinegar for reduction or 1/4 cup prepared balsamic glaze
1 to 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Flaky sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts, optional

Instructions

  • Simmer balsamic vinegar until reduced and syrupy, then cool.

  • Slice peaches into even wedges.

  • Arrange peaches on a serving platter.

  • Place burrata in the center and gently open.

  • Add basil leaves between peach slices.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional pine nuts before serving.

Notes

Assemble just before serving for best texture. Grill peaches briefly for added depth. Substitute fresh mozzarella if burrata is unavailable.
