1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; fold into wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
